Warfel Institute’s Director and Founder, Dr. W. Mark Warfel is a fully trained Plastic Surgeon. He performs a wide variety of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures at the Warfel Institute Surgicenter and if appropriate, at Saint Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York City. We recommend an initial consultation with Dr. Warfel. He will conduct a thorough history and examination answering any questions. He will discuss the expected results and potential challenges associated with the surgery. Dr.Warfel’s staff will provide an estimate and plan the essentials necessary to proceed.
